Fred Henry

Fred Henry joined COUR in 2026 as Executive Director, Head of Regulatory Affairs, with over 35 years of experience working within pharmaceutical regulatory affairs across a wide range of therapeutic areas from early development through commercialization, including small molecules, proteins and drug/device combinations.  His career includes roles at Merck, Bristol Myers Squibb and AbbVie, as well as other large pharma and biotech companies.  He joined COUR from Amgen (formerly Horizon) where he served as Global Regulatory Lead for their thyroid eye disease franchise including TEPEZZA, overseeing marketing approvals outside of the US as well as life cycle registration activities for this rare disease product. Fred holds bachelor’s degrees in biology and chemistry and a Master of Public Health degree from Rutgers University, and a master’s degree in management of technology from Lehigh University.
