Description

COUR, a rapidly growing biotech company at the forefront of material science and immunology research, is seeking a highly motivated Site Administrator to join our team of talented scientists and engineers. As the Site Administrator, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our ISTP office. Your attention to detail, strong communication skills, and ability to coordinate various tasks will contribute to the overall success of our organization.

Reporting Relationship

The Site Administrator will report directly to the Operations Manager.

Education & Experience
  • High School Diploma, AS, or relevant experience (e.g., military)
Qualifications
  • High energy and self-motivated individual.
  • Strong attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all tasks.
  • Excellent communication and teamworking skills, fostering positive working relationships.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, enabling effective documentation and data management.
Primary Responsibilities

Coordination:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for front desk/security, ensuring a welcoming environment for employees and visitors.
  • Assist the HR department in onboarding new Cour employees, ensuring a smooth integration process.
  • Coordinate the ordering and distribution of business cards for new employees.
  • Update and distribute the Cour Employee Contact List, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Manage the receipt of packages on the dock, and distribute/deliver them to the appropriate recipients.

Food & Drink Inventory:

  • Oversee the ordering and distribution of lunches for team events, special occasions, and other instances as needed.
  • Act as the primary contact for water deliveries, ensuring an adequate supply of water bottles and 5-gallon containers.
  • Manage the ordering and restocking of office snacks/food in all COUR ISTP Facilities.
  • Handle the ordering and restocking of office supplies in all COUR ISTP Facilities.
  • Ensure the ordering and restocking of beverages in all COUR Kitchens, maintaining a sufficient supply.

Maintenance:

  • Assist with general cleaning tasks, including trash disposal and end/beginning of day cleaning routines.
  • Empty the large dumpster in COUR Warehouse spaces inventory room daily, ensuring a clean and organized workspace.
  • Check and maintain all printers, ensuring an adequate supply of paper and ink for smooth operation.

Event Planning:

  • Track and honor employee birthdays, fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.
  • Provide assistance in Cour Event Coordination, contributing to the successful execution of company events.
