Description of Job:
Oversee team of scientists carrying out development of polymer-based nanoparticles and execute routine and advanced characterization, specifically Immune Modifying Nanoparticles (IMP) and Tolerizing Immune Modifying Nanoparticles (TIMP), lyophilization optimization, nanoparticle purification (TFF, SEC), and nanoparticle analytical method (SEM, Flow Cytometry, SPOS, DLS, and LDv) and in adherence to current regulatory Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP). Oversee the formulation and characterization of polymer / lipid-based nanoparticle delivery systems.
Masters degree in Biomedical Engineering or related
6 months as Biomedical Researcher developing IMP, TIMP and implementing lyophilization optimization, nanoparticle purification (TFF, SEC), and nanoparticle analytical method (SEM, Flow Cytometry, SPOS, DLS, and LDv) and pursuant to current Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP).
